Storyline
Ocean Waves tells the story of pure school age love in Kochi, Japan. Morisaki Taku and Matsuno Yutaka are best friends and it all began when a girl named Muto Rikako transferred to their school. Avoid participating in extracurricular activities, she seems to have some unknown distance from everyone. Matsuno was like Rikako, so no surprise if he's jealous when Rikako and Morisaki start spending more time next to each other. The rumors about them in increasingly worse, but Morisaki insisted that nothing between him and Rikako.
