Storyline
Kimura plays Ryusuke Tsukumo, a research scientist neurologist, a close relationship with the laboratory of the National Bureau of Investigation. Despite his great skills help some complicated cases, however, he has a weakness: that he did not have "any evidence to prove his statement," (known as the term "KY," or "o yomenai kuuki", resulting in many situations laugh cry for the investigation team.
In general, each episode is a different case.
