Storyline
Two prisoners escaped after the police car carrying them crashed down into the water. One of them is a big brother. The other is called "No. 4 Otowa" - our main character - is a professional scammer to cheat money from criminals or terrorists. Inadvertently, "No. 4 Otowa" became a teacher of high school nearby, under the name "Hachisuka Goro," according to an agreement on "hammer Course" with the school principal.
